Projects are entered on ArtiBox by partner companies. Tradespeople find available construction sites in the "Construction exchange" either through the platform or a dedicated application. Tradespeople can apply with one click on the projects that interest them. Once selected by the building partners, tradespeople can start the execution of the construction site.
To register on ArtiBox Belgium, you must be a company registered in Belgium.
The following documents are necessary to validate your profile:
An active company number (BCE)
A professional civil liability insurance certificate
A ten-year insurance certificate (if your activity is subject to it)
An ONSS certificate or proof of affiliation to a social security fund
A tax compliance certificate
A sworn statement against undeclared work
A copy of the manager's identity card
Creating an account on ArtiBox is completely free. Once registered, you have free access to the building trade software, the ArtiBox mobile application, and many other services. You only pay a platform management fee of 5% for each completed construction site.

You receive a deposit upon signing the purchase order and the remainder at the end of the work.
