Fill your painting construction site schedule: a constant demand in renovation and new builds

In Belgium, painting work represents one of the most frequent items in renovation and development projects. Whether for private residences, apartment buildings, shops, or offices, on ArtiBox, the demand remains strong throughout the year.

However, securing interesting, well-paid construction sites close to home takes time: cold calling, unanswered quotes, unnecessary appointments... With ArtiBox, you receive targeted, qualified, and concrete requests. You stay focused on your core business without worrying about your prospecting, communication, or even word of mouth.

The most commonly offered painting construction sites in Belgium

The ArtiBox construction exchange brings together numerous requests related to interior and exterior painting work. Here are the tasks that professionals in the sector regularly encounter:

Interior painting of residences

The most common construction sites involve apartments or houses to be refreshed: walls, ceilings, doors, frames. This can be a light or complete renovation, before moving in or as part of home staging.

Repaints after work

Following plumbing, electrical, or plastering work, touch-ups are often necessary. ArtiBox regularly receives requests for clean and quick finishes, often urgent, in coordination with other trades.

Decorative painting

Some clients wish to personalize their interiors: application of specific shades, material effects, lime paints, etc. This type of construction site values tradespeople who master specific techniques.

Exterior painting

Painting of facades, wooden cladding, metalwork, or cornices: exterior projects are concentrated between April and September but often require tight deadlines. They demand good weather conditions and rigorous preparation.

Construction site in the tertiary sector or public spaces

Offices, shops, schools, nurseries, medical centers... Some projects are carried out outside regular hours or in several phases. Responsive and flexible professionals find good opportunities here.

This allows you to stand out, especially on projects with high aesthetic stakes.

What is the ideal profile?

A professional painter is organized, rigorous, and meticulous. They work methodically, respect surfaces, colors, and deadlines. They also know how to adapt to the constraints of the construction site: humidity, imperfect preparation, busy environment...

The most sought-after tradespeople are those who communicate well, are punctual, leave a clean construction site, and keep their commitments.
