The Belgian market: concrete opportunities

In Belgium, contractors are increasingly attentive to the quality of installation. They seek professionals capable of ensuring a neat, functional, and durable result. The current electrical and sanitary standards, particularly in Brussels, require impeccable installation. Many projects are financed through renovation loans or in the context of real estate resales, which encourages careful execution.

This is why ArtiBox attracts serious clients looking for reliable tradespeople who respect deadlines and pay attention to finishes.

A growing sector in Wallonia and Brussels

The kitchen installation market in Belgium benefits from a favorable context. With the increase in renovations and purchases of older properties, many households wish to renovate or optimize their kitchens. In Brussels, where the average living space is smaller, clients are looking for clever and compact solutions. In Wallonia, family homes allow for more custom layouts with islands or integrated storage. This diversity of expectations creates a constant demand for professionals capable of adapting to each configuration. By positioning yourself on ArtiBox, you can take advantage of this dynamic to expand your clientele and sustain your business.

Frequently asked questions

Do I also need to provide kitchen furniture?

Not necessarily. Some clients buy their kitchens from Eggo, Ikea, Dovy, or others, and only seek a professional to ensure a clean installation. Others prefer an all-inclusive offer. Project sheets always specify the client's expectations.

Do I also need to do plumbing or electrical work?

You can specify your skills in your profile. If you only do installation, you will only apply for projects that do not require additional technical work.

Can I refuse a project after reviewing it?

Of course. You only apply for projects that interest you. You remain free at every stage.

Are the projects well paid?

Yes. You set your own rates. You can also request a preliminary visit before quoting. ArtiBox does not negotiate on your behalf.

Do the projects only involve high-end kitchens?

No. There is a variety: small kitchens for rental apartments, family kitchens for four-facade houses, and very design-oriented projects with islands, LED lighting, built-in appliances… You choose what suits you.
